Garden Initiative Ltd. recognizes that individuals have been criminally prosecuted and incarcerated for conduct involving cannabis that is now lawful or regulated in numerous jurisdictions.

Garden Initiative Ltd. intends to provide qualifying individuals who were adversely affected by cannabis criminalization with an opportunity to participate in the ownership of the Company.

This application is intended for individuals with a qualifying, non-violent cannabis-related conviction.

The purpose of this application is to obtain information concerning the Applicant’s cannabis-related conviction, the circumstances surrounding the conviction, the resulting impact on the Applicant, and the Applicant’s potential participation in Garden Initiative Ltd.

Garden Initiative Ltd. does not seek to judge or otherwise characterize an Applicant’s past. The Company seeks to understand the circumstances and verify eligibility for ownership consideration.

Applicants should provide complete and accurate information to the best of their knowledge. Garden Initiative Ltd. may request additional documentation or information through a separate secure communication process.

This application is not published in the public archive. Do not include Social Security numbers, identification scans, or sensitive supporting documents here. Those may be requested separately. Answers are not saved as a draft; keep this page open until submission is confirmed.

Important eligibility notice

An individual with a conviction involving physical violence against another person will not be eligible to proceed with consideration for ownership in Garden Initiative Ltd.

Petty or low-level misdemeanor offenses do not qualify for ownership consideration under this application.
