Garden Initiative Ltd. is a marketing and events agency for THC brands — and a vehicle for repairing the harm prohibition caused. We throw the parties, move the product, and put ownership back in the hands of the people this industry was built on the backs of arresting.

At Garden Initiative Ltd., we believe the same plant that built a billion-dollar industry once put people in cages for it — and we think that debt is still owed.

We’re a marketing agency for THC and hemp beverage brands. We build and run the events, activations, and campaigns that get product into people’s hands — lounges, tours, festivals, the rooms where trial actually happens. That’s our business.

But we don’t think a marketing agency in this category gets to stay neutral on how we got here. So:

  1. We give equity to people who’ve received non-violent felonies for THC. The war on this plant had real targets. We’re building ownership stakes for the people who paid the price before it was legal to profit from it.

  2. We run discount and access programs for our brand partners, so the operators building this industry the right way get a lower cost of entry into the rooms we create.

  3. Our apparel line exists to fund release, not just revenue. Profits from our clothing go straight to the Last Prisoner Project, supporting people still incarcerated for cannabis offenses that wouldn’t be crimes today.

Anti Jail Garden Club isn’t a slogan we bought — it’s the reason the company exists. We market the plant. We fund the people it was used against. Both, on purpose, at the same time.
